Shipping policy

Processing Times
Most orders ship the next day after you order. Our custom wiring harness, amplifiers and radio kits have a 1-2 business day processing window. If you order Friday evening your order may not ship until Monday or Tuesday of the next week. We are open M-F 10-6PM.

Transit Times
Most orders will be shipped via USPS and will arrive within 3-5 business days. for exact transit times please check this map

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS Ground and Priority Mail. We also have UPS Ground and UPS Overnight available. The cutoff for UPS Overnight shipping is 3PM EST Monday – Thursday. Overnight shipping from Friday to Saturday is often not possible with UPS the package is delayed until Monday. We do not ship with FedEx.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via text and email when your order ships. If your tracking has not updated after three business days please contact us.

Signatures and Confirmation 
Any order over a $100 before shipping and taxes requires a signature for delivery. This is to ensure you receive your package and to reduce fraud. If you can’t be home for the delivery of your package simply ask the post office to hold the package for you or UPS to deliver to an Access Point.

Refunds and Returns
Only defective products are eligible for paid return postage. If you would like to return a product you are responsible for the return shipping costs and tracking. If you are returning a used item the initial shipping charge is not refunded.
